Crafty Pony - Chestnut
Crafty ponies are made from luxuriously soft faux fur fabric which makes them irresistibly cuddly. These gorgeous soft toy ponies are correctly proportioned - within reason for a soft toy! They are made like this so that Crafty Ponies tack and accessories (available separately) fit the Crafty Pony in a similar way to how real tack fits real ponies.
Crafty Ponies and their tack and accessories are made to be as realistic as possible to help children learn how it all looks, works and fits. Imaginative role play is a valuable benefit of Crafty Ponies.

Every Crafty Pony comes with his or her own passport booklet which is full of useful information to help children learn how to care for their pony.
Children Can Learn And Practice
Crafty Ponies manes and tails are made from cotton so that they are none slip and children can plait them. The tail is sewn on to a dock so that children can practice plaiting tails. Instructions for plaiting manes on tails are at the back of the passport booklet that comes with the pony.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.
I’ve Changed My Mind About My Purchase
If you wish to return an unwanted item please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned within another 14 days with the receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item, unless we delivered it in error.
All items being returned must be in as new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. As return shipping is your responsibility, you may want to obtain proof of postage or use a tracked courier. We cannot be held responsible for items not received or damaged during return transit.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on riding hats.
